Mitch Anhorn, PT, DPT

NJ License # 40QA01933500 Mitch attended undergraduate school at Rowan University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Health Promotion and Wellness Management in 2017. Seeing his dad struggle with various injuries and his own experience as a young athlete sparked his interest in physical therapy. Driven by those experiences, Mitch graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. Mitch is interested in pursuing McKenzie certification and OCS. In his down time, he is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys baseball, football, and traveling.

Erin Centolanza, PT, DPT, Cert MDT

NJ License # 40QA01631900 Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The University of Kentucky in 2011. She became interested in the world of physical therapy following being a patient herself after a horseback riding fall when she was younger. While she still bleeds Kentucky blue, particularly around basketball tournament time, Erin went on to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University, completing her doctoral degree in 2015. Erin enjoys treating patients of all ages/diagnoses and has attained her McKenzie Certification. Erin resides in Hunterdon County with her husband, Morgan. She enjoys being active outdoors, horseback riding and playing with their dog, Clifford.
